Final Award Amount:
This large lead hazard reduction project is divided into two separate contracts. Contractors may bid on either or both:
Window Contract: Replacement of 45 windows, limited lead-paint stabilization, baseboard work, and exterior door work.
Exterior Contract: Extensive porch repairs and reconstruction, new house and garage siding, exterior painting/encapsulation, and replacement of deteriorated trim and siding.
